1) Starting with the Initial Music Video Brief

Starting a conversation with your core songwriters / artists, we look for the bigger picture
reasons why a song was created.

What is the inspiration? Is there a story behind it? Who is it written for? What does this song want to change in the world?

After having a meaningful conversation with you/your band’s, we read your lyrics, take your song and listen to it with care to come up with innovative music video ideas.

From here, we develop a top notch music video idea in a graphical brief that demonstrates what our vision is for your music video

2) Pre-Production of Music Video

Once the idea has been laid out for the visual idea of the song, we get to work with translating the written brief into a plan that is actionable over a single shooting day.

Given the nature of music videos, we ask any of our artists to think hard about what favours & assets that they can call upon for usage into the music video, as a true all hands on deck collaboration.

From here, Moment 2 Moment send out a call sheet & have a pre-filming meeting where we discuss the plan, answer any questions and make alterations where needed to ensure you truly feel supported and comfortable with the music video.

3) Shooting the Music Video

On the day of shooting, we follow the call sheet strictly, allowing for enough time to light, set dress & take over the shooting location for the highest quality possible. We use a variety of crew, camera & lighting equipment that keep the day’s quality & efficiency high.

4) Post-Production & Publishing of Music Video

It typically takes 16 hours of editing to condense 8 hours of filming. With this in mind, we aim for a 4 week turnaround time to allow for 1 round of additional editing to deliver the best music video possible.

Lastly, according to your publishing needs, we are able to export the video to your exact formats - be it broadcast or social media.
